Personally, I am fortunate to have the best local needlework shop in my city, and I encourage you to support your local shop. But, if you do not have a local shop or prefer to shop online, we look forward to assisting you with all your needlework needs and desires.
We accept internet, email, fax, phone and regular mail orders worldwide.
We accept payment by all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover as well as PayPal and Google Checkout. We also accept money orders and checks for domestic orders. Items purchased by money order or check will not be sent to you until your money order or check has processed completely at our bank. There will be a $25.00 fee charged on any returned checks.
Communication is of vital importance to us to properly meet your needs as a customer. We will send you an email verifying your order was received and is being processed.
Return Policy
Purchases may be returned for a refund or exchange within 15 days of receipt. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. The returned item must be in a condition suitable for reselling.
Due to high industry standards and copyright restrictions, NO returns are accepted on books, charts, graphs, open kits, fibers, non-stock fabric, special orders or sale purchases.
All returns must be approved by us. Please email us or call us for an authorization to return the item. An RMA# will be provided to you at that time and will need to be enclosed with the returned item.
Credit card orders will be credited against the billed card.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. If an item is exchanged, please note that additional shipping charges will apply on the resent item. |
